This is very good regarding to our opinion:
Big Park with beautiful view over the bay of Alicante. The landscaped grounds of Gran Vista are always perfectly mantained and contain several swimmingpools and tenniscourts. Closed for non residents. Small shop and cafeteria in the urbanisation.

The terraced houses have minimal noise insulation.

Facts about the house:
Nice House near the pool. 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunkbeds and a bedsofa in the livingroom. Max 8 persons. Bathroom and sep.shower/WC. Waschingmachine, dishwasher, Microwave. Non smoking. Sheets and towels are not incl. but you can rent for 10 euro/person. Big terrace and one balcony with seaview. Aircondition, cold/warm, extra charge for electricity. TV, DVD.

Facts about the area:
Gran Vista is wellknown urbanisation for its green area and well maintained gardens. Located high upp un a cliff (150 meters over the sea). Its a quiet and nice urbanisation with a magnifik sea view over the Bay of Alicante. Walking distance to shops ,bars and restaurangs. prxm 2 km to the beach. The urbanisation is for residents only. Inside there is 2 swimingpools and two tenniscourts and shop.
To the rentalprice comes extra 40 euro for the cleaning.
