This is very good regarding to our opinion: The house is very nice located on the first line. It has a wonderful view over the bay of Alicante and over the mountains.Two big terasses. Parking in open Garage. Large nature reserve outside the urbanisation. One of Spains best urbanisations. |

This is not that good regarding to our opinion: There is no supermarket close by, you need a car to drive to the nearest supermarket and to the beach Appr. 2 km. |

Facts about the house: Nice House, well furnished. 2nd floor:, 2 bedrooms with doublebeds and 1 bedroom with bunkbeds.bathroom. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with doublebed and shower/wc. Dishwasher and Washingmachine in the kitchen. Wonderful seaview over the Alicante Bay. NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Electricity and water is incl. Bedlinen/towels is for rent, 10€/person. No Television |

Facts about the area: The urbanisation is located high up on a cliff (150 meters over the sea). It´s a quiet and nice urbanisation with a magnificent sea view over the Bay of Alicante. To the beach is ca 3 km with car. Large nature reserve outside the urbanisation. The urbanisation is for residents only. Inside there are 2 swimmingpools and 2 tenniscourts. On the rentalprice comes extra 45 euro for the cleaning of the house, when you leave. |
